Discover the assistant that would best support your work and create a personalized plan for bringing it to life.
You'll also have a 30-minute support session with me, to talk through anything you're unsure about this session.
You ask AI a question and get an answer. The next day, you start all over again.
Sometimes it helps. Sometimes it misses the mark. And sometimes explaining what you want takes longer than doing it yourself.
The problem may not be the tool. It may simply be that it's never been given a clear job.
Not "What can AI do?" but "Where could I use the right kind of support?"

Maybe you already use AI here and there.
A post. An email to a client. Notes from a call.
You give it a prompt, get a draft, and then spend a while reworking it so it sounds like you. The next time, you start from scratch again.
That's a very common place to be.
And AI may be able to help with more than you're using it for now. When there are so many possibilities, deciding where to start can take more time than you have.
I understand that feeling.
Long before I knew anything about AI or systems, I learned something about helping people.
As a child in a seaside town, I gathered shellfish at low tide for neighbors and made cold drinks to sell on hot days. They could have done those things themselves, but they didn't always have the time.
The work looks different today, but I still begin in much the same way: noticing what people need and finding a thoughtful way to support them.
I spent more than 20 years in technology, working in training, support and systems. Much of that work involved helping people understand tools that felt confusing, unfamiliar, or simply like too much to take on.
Helping people feel more comfortable with technology has always been my favorite part.
Today, I help coaches, consultants and other experts design and set up AI and systems around the way they already work. I also provide training and guidance, so the technology feels easier to understand and use day to day.
This can make the everyday work easier to manage and create a little more room for clients, new ideas and the parts of your business that need your personal attention.
I believe your business should make room for the life you're building alongside it.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me walking, camping, blending a smoothie, enjoying a good spa day, or spending time with the people in my life.
I've also completed 5K, 10K and half-marathon races. Those miles taught me three things I still carry into business:
That's the approach behind this workshop, too.
You don't need to figure out every possible way to use AI.
You can start with one assistant, designed around where you'd most like support, and leave with a clear plan for what it could help with, what it needs from you, and what should always stay with you.
