4. Currency and Taxes
Prices are listed in United States dollars (USD) unless the sales page, order form, or checkout states that a price is in Canadian dollars (CAD). Some products and services may be offered in CAD. The currency shown at checkout is the currency you will be charged.
GST or HST will be charged only where applicable. If GST or HST applies to your purchase, it will be shown at checkout.
Where you pay in a currency other than your own, your bank or card issuer may apply exchange rates or foreign transaction fees. These fees are your responsibility.
5. Payments
All fees are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.
By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize payment for the selected product or service.
Where payment plans are offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments according to the agreed terms.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access to products, programs, services, materials, or support.
If you have a concern about a charge, you agree to contact Dorothy Villegas first so it can be reviewed and resolved before you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer.
6. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise specified on the product sales page or in a separate written agreement, the following refund terms apply.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to materials, all sales are generally final.
If you experience a technical issue, duplicate charge, or believe a product was materially misrepresented, you may contact us within seven (7) days of purchase for review.
Any approved refund shall be issued at the sole discretion of Dorothy Villegas and in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
Services and Programs
Workshops, courses, consulting, coaching, implementation services, bootcamps, memberships, and other service-based offerings are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the product sales page or in a separate written agreement.
If you believe a service was not delivered as described, you may contact us within seven (7) days after the date the session or service was delivered or scheduled to be delivered for review.
Once you have attended a session or accessed the recordings or resources, the offering is considered delivered. At that point, refunds are not available for a change of mind or if the offering was not the right fit for you.
Your feedback is always welcome. If you have concerns about your experience, please share them by email.
Any approved refund shall be issued at the sole discretion of Dorothy Villegas and in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
7. Live Sessions, Scheduling, and Recordings
Scheduling and Rescheduling
Live workshops and group sessions take place on the dates and times shown on the sales page or in your confirmation email.
For one-on-one sessions, you may reschedule once with at least forty-eight (48) hours' notice by email. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, are considered delivered and are not refundable.
If you miss a live group session, you will have access to the recording where one is provided. Missed group sessions are not refunded or repeated.
If Dorothy Villegas needs to reschedule a session, a new date will be offered as soon as possible. If a workshop, session, or program is cancelled and no suitable new date can be offered, you will receive a refund for the part that was not delivered.
Transfers
With written approval before the program or session begins, you may transfer your place to another person, who must accept these Terms and Conditions. Places cannot be transferred after a program has started.
Recordings
Live sessions may be recorded. By joining, you agree that your name, voice, image, and comments may appear in the recording.
Group recordings are shared only with participants of that program or workshop. One-on-one recordings are shared only with you.
Sessions may be transcribed or summarized using AI tools to create notes, summaries, and resources. Transcripts and summaries are handled the same way as recordings.
Dorothy Villegas may use her own teaching from a session, such as short clips, quotes, or examples she presented, in marketing or other content. Participants will not be shown, heard, or named in anything shared publicly without their written permission.
Questions or themes raised in sessions may also inspire future content, shared in a way that does not identify anyone.
If you would prefer not to appear, you may turn off your camera, change your display name, or use the chat.
You may not make your own audio, video, or screen recordings of live sessions without written permission.
8. Access to Materials and Resources
Access to products, programs, services, materials, recordings, resources, templates, communities, and support is provided as described at the time of purchase.
Access levels, availability, duration, included resources, support, updates, and bonuses may vary by product, program, or service and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Any access described as "lifetime," "unlimited," or similar terms refers to the continued availability of the product, program, service, platform, or materials and does not guarantee access for the purchaser's lifetime.
Products, programs, services, materials, resources, platforms, communities, and support offerings may be updated, modified, replaced, transferred to a different platform, or discontinued from time to time.
Access may be revoked or restricted if these Terms and Conditions are violated.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, resources, and intellectual property provided through this website or any product or service remain the property of Dorothy Villegas unless otherwise stated.

Once you have paid in full, you own the deliverables created specifically for you as part of any product or service you purchase. What is included in each offering is described on its sales page or in a separate written agreement.
Those deliverables may include or be built on Dorothy Villegas' frameworks, templates, prompts, and methods. Those underlying materials remain the property of Dorothy Villegas, and you receive an ongoing license to use them as part of your deliverables in your own business.
In group programs, any shared example or shared assistant built together by the group remains the property of Dorothy Villegas. You may apply what you learn from it to create your own.
11. Confidentiality
Any non-public business information you share will be kept confidential and used only to deliver your products and services, unless you give permission or disclosure is required by law.
In group programs, workshops, and communities, you agree to keep other participants' names, businesses, stories, and shared information confidential and not to share them outside the group.
12. Personal Health and Sensitive Information
Products and services are not designed to receive or store personal health information, patient records, or other sensitive personal information about third parties.
You agree not to share identifiable patient, client, or health information in sessions, in communities, or inside any AI tool used during the work. Please use de-identified or made-up examples.
You remain solely responsible for complying with the privacy laws and professional or regulatory obligations that apply to you and your practice.
13. Third-Party Tools and AI Output
Some products and services involve setting up or using third-party tools, including AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot, in your own accounts.
You are responsible for your own accounts, subscriptions, fees, and compliance with each platform's terms of use. Dorothy Villegas is not responsible for changes, outages, price increases, or discontinuation of third-party tools.
AI tools can produce content that is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing and checking any AI-generated output before relying on it, publishing it, or sharing it with others.
